The shipping time for your order is 3-7 business days.

All orders over $75 benefit from free carbon-neutral delivery. As for orders under $75, we offer a flat rate of $10.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We therefore try to minimize our packing. All of our packaging materials are plastic-free, recycled and recyclable.

Although planters are strong, there are some risks involved in the shipping process. Rest assured that we take all the necessary precautions to avoid breakage. If, however, your planters were to be damaged, we will make sure to restore the situation. If necessary, send us an email at fabriquenordique@gmail.com (with photos and order number) and we will do everything we can to make you smile again!
